My own BMI hovers around 20 and so I have the opposite situation. Extremes are not good. So, I am trying to do something about it.

@EmilyMoon If I don't eat enough carbs and fats it goes down rapidly to around 15 and my coaches say that isn't good. The trouble is that I get full quickly and just want to stop eating. So it can be a tug-of-war at times. Thanks for your concern!
