I like my instant pot better. 30 minutes to an hour later....meal done. But I do like my crock pot for certain things!

Insta Pot you can use as either a crock pot or a pressure cooker. @Stereoguy

@Stereoguy I have the model: IP-DUO80.
Features:
"Instant Pot Duo 8 Quart is a 7-in-1 programmable cooker, it replaces seven kitchen appliances as it has the functions of a pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer, sauté, yogurt maker & warmer.
It has 14 built-in smart programs (Soup, Meat/Stew, Bean/Chili, Poultry, Sauté, Steam, Rice, Porridge, Multigrain, Slow Cook, Keep-Warm, Yogurt, Pasteurize & Jiu Niang) that let you cook your favorite dishes by pressing of a button."

@Stereoguy Had it for a couple years. Use it all the time. You can search YouTube for directions of whatever you want to make. I think it would be great in the your RV.

@Atlotto I haven't tried that feature yet. Any tips? Best recipe?

@LadyBronte
I just use a starter culture and go by the package directions. Don't never flavor yogurt until after it's incubated.

@Atlotto Thank you. I am only interested in plain and vanilla. :) I will look for a culture starter.
Atlotto · M
@LadyBronte Look for heirloom yogurt starter.

@LadyBronte The Instapot is great! I like how you can brown or stir-fry then use as pressure cooker. We still use the traditional crock pot for things, though.
LadyBronte · 56-60, F
@Bartleby I still use the crock pot once in a while but not often anymore.
