I'm In The Worst Pain Of My Life

I think my osteopath did some bad with my joints 🤔. Past few sessions after seeing an osteopath for my neck etc the elbow joints and neck have been so painful I can't move. They've not helped the dizzy spells this time sadly. I couldn't actually lift stuff to open yesterday let alone tie my own hair up! 😱

The pain is do much I have to take codines! I don't like to take pain killers if I can help it tbh.

Not sure how to just mention it 🤔. Oh well just need to move to a hot country I think!
