Me too. I am going to push through it by going to my office and finish that nagging project that has been causing me so much anxiety

I don't know but I hate it. I sure would enjoy life more if i were not so anxious

@BiasForAction true!! It's funny. Sometimes I just get a grip by reminding myself that this isn't grade school in the 90's, No teachers who are better suited as jail wardens. 😨😂
