I Am In a Good Mood

CHEERS 🥂 to all the things we hoped for that today we’re grateful didn’t pan out.

Ex I broke up with 6 months ago texts me at midnight with some sad song about how I hurt him (don’t even get me started on that warped narrative) Even though he was a Jeckle and Hyde, emotionally abusive joy to be with I still feel bad for him. It sucks that his mother is dying of cancer and he has no support network. Nobody should have to deal with that alone. Granted, his delightful personality is why he has no friends..

I text him back wishing him well, encouraged him to move on, make healthy choices so he can find happiness etc He replies back with a gaslighting, “I don’t know what your problem is. I’ve moved on. I’m happy. Gotta go work out. L8r”

F*%&^Ing crazy-making bs.. I should know better by now than to extend any humanity to him.
Man did I dodge a bullet there...

Wow. Your Ex is something. Good for you that you showed him the door.

@DamnFeelz oh I bet, wait, with deep fault lines and cracks which couldn't have been fixex.

Yeah.. Frankly, I feel bad for the guy. He had a lot of great qualities about him that aren’t easy to come by, but he also had some particularly messed up issues that made being close to him a misery 🤷🏻‍♀️ @jlsdjfhasdljfhasdfa

@DamnFeelz since no one is perfect, our flaws can either make us or break us.

Mainly it’s an issue when our flaws start breaking those around us though heh @jlsdjfhasdljfhasdfa
