I Dont Give Up Easily

Recently had another procedure done to my lower back and recovery has been well! A couple days ago I sat down in a chair for the first time since the surgery so I'm slowly put surely getting back on track for physical therapy! I also get frequently asked a lot if I'm embarrassed to be seen in my neck brace, back brace, and leg braces and I can honestly say that I'm not at all! I just embrace it with a smile haha! 😄 I mean I've been out in public multiple times when I was in a body cast so I guess you could say I'm not embarrassed at all!
