I Am a Human Being, Not a Human Doing
She tells me that i’m a superwoman, how can i get tired!
She meant it as a compliment bcoz i always keep doing everything without complaining, or without showing my irritation, but it didn’t sound like a compliment.
I wanted to say i’m a human, i do get tired. Just bcoz i dont complain or dont say it aloud doesn’t mean i dont have the same physical and emotional tiredness as every other human being. But i didn’t say it.
When i had first heard of the quote that there are two kinds of people in the world, one who live life complaining about everything, and another who live life as if everything is a miracle, as if everything is joy, i understood its meaning but now i understand its full implication.
I am glad i do not have anything to complain about anymore - except about those who complain lol
I am glad i see myself as a human first, doesn’t matter what others see me as.
What a great beautiful world would it be if we all saw each other as humans first, instead of categorising based on the judgements we form.
