Does anyone shut off away from this reality ?

Hi everyone don’t know if you go though something and sometimes you think nothing I can do so end up shutting off from the world not even here. I may even be listening but not in the present. Like I create my own world to recharge to be at peace again. When with everyone troubles. Does anyone do this? Like my brain can’t process anymore

I'm always in my own world, anyway.
I would love to find someone with whom to share it.
But I would rather be alone than share it with the "wrong" person.

Sounds stupied in past I listen to music creating magic in my hands I act it out when am on my own of place. I see myself as a skinny female dragon in my like castle walls my throne me on my floating ball playing with it lol 😆
