I Enjoy Silence

It let’s me process things that have recently happened. I can think clearly. And yes, I do overthink and it can lead to very bad thoughts. Sometimes even trigger my anxiety...but most of the time, it’s not so bad. Most times, my mind feels at peace when it’s quiet.

I listen to Brian Eno and that is called “ambient music”. It is the next best thing to nothing at all! 😁
