I Admit I Misunderstand

Understanding...what does that mean...and what do you do with yours......

Have you ever been misunderstood? I think it's something we all have experienced in our lives. Many emotions come up when we are misunderstood.

My thoughts are we go through these same emotions in every part of life when dealing with ourselves and others who are misunderstood or who misunderstand something about anything, whether it's ourselves or another person who's going through the misunderstanding.

The five basic emotions are Anger, Fear, Worry/Grief, Joy/Sadness, Guilt/Jealousy.

When we understand our emotions we understand how to cope better with our misunderstandings. It's easier for us to judge that to try and understand them. When we are ready to understand, the answers come to us in ways that we become grateful and thankful for.

Today I'm grateful and thankful for all of the answers and people who have come into my life and helped me in my own understanding. Without them I would still be misunderstanding all of the events that have taken place in my personal life. When I understand something in my personal life, I have a better understanding of what's going on in the lives of others.

Please take the time today to understand and point someone in the right direction so they too can receive the correct understanding.
