NOWHealing has been a support to me and many for so long.
Sometimes we have to defend ourselves here. But most women here are really trying to take healthy steps in healing after marital betrayal. As opposed to self destructive behavior.
And the rare guy on here who is supportive of women making good choices, even in the face of pain, is very welcome. We are happy to support them too.

You got stuck paliglass? I read 10 posts there at the start of the year, dry retched & left EP til now because of them. Cruel & sadistic aren't really my thing so I refuse to go there ever again

Yes she's pretty wise & the women on here are really cool. They're quite understanding as they've been through similar suffering & generally good & genuine people
