Yeah i am , but i am also a prudent person , i first of all ask for informations ,i learned that some spirits just come inside your head and pretty casually they say to you things like : " kill yourself " , so why exactly they act like that ? what they obtain inducing you to hurt yourself or even kill yourself ?.

You can't think of otherworldly entities as a single thing. There are good spirits, bad and neutral. Playing around with this if you don't know what you are doing can be dangerous so take care.
