I would guess it's Coke spelled in a different language. What kind of uniforms are those? Are those kids studying to be maids?

@MrsPeterEvans Actually, now that I look at it more closely, I think it DID say Coke, and I think the "e" has been Photoshopped out. "COK" is to the left of center. There's also some telltale red after the "K." I think someone was just trying to be funny.
