I got annoyed [I Am Venting]

My family was looking at photo of my brothers and I mentioned how my bro didn't have his beard yet to which he replied "yea when I was young I couldn't grow beard."
To which I said "It wasn't that long ago though, it was in 2015 when mom had surgery."
Then my oldest brother chimes in "it wasn't when mom had surgery, cuz Liz took the photo."
Me; "Yes, I know and I'm not saying it's the day mom had surgery it's the year she had surgery"
then both my brother's and mom gang up on me going "but the picture wasn't taken the day of mom's surgery, it was a totally different day."
To which I finally said to them all "I'm Not Saying the photo was taken on day of mom's surgery, I am saying the photo was taken THE YEAR she had surgery since y'all couldn't remember when it was taken to prove it wasn't that long ago as my brother thought it was, so stop twisting what I say and putting words in my mouth" 😒

Brother goes "Ok, whatever you say"

My mom finally goes "all right, no need to get so upset."

Ugh if it was her she would've gotten just as annoyed 🙄

Their final response only annoyed me even more since it only proved to me they weren't paying attention to what I was saying. Per usual of course 😒🙄
