Don't judge people on who they were, but on who they are.

The hardest workers and most trustworthy employees I ever had, bar one, were ex-cons. The exception was from the poorest and worst area in a city that has been labeled the murder capital, most dangerous city, and ranked in the top 5 of worst places to live.
