I Have Upset Someone I Care About

In the moment of getting upset and overreacting I upset people close to me even when I don't mean to. upsetting you hurts more than when you upset me.... people close to me are more important than my ego and feelings, etc. this isn't as well written as the way you write with passion and emotion but its the best I have, I'm not one for expressing my feelings in this sense or to others.... but when I say sorry I sincerely mean it; and when I say I wouldn't lie to you I'm sincere about it. I just want the best for you, that's all.
