I can't believe I am trying to lose a few pounds and I ended up going to The Chocolate Factory and bought 3 pounds of fudge, 1 each of peanut butter, maple nut and birthday cake and I already ate 2 pieces.

@Shannon27 I only weigh 155 lbs but I have been on a vacation and gained a few extra pounds then. I swim about a mile 3 days a week and even though it is 91 degrees today took about a 45 minute walk. I don't eat anything between dinner and bed time so that helps too
