I Love Trail Running

Claire, that looks like a tough race, I know another girl here looking at that one. Not me, I hate sand running.

AND, never run when you are upset, you never know where you will end up.

Trail running rocks! I'm doing a 10k trail race this Saturday! :)

It's why I swim. The pool walls keep you in-bounds.

Sand is hard, I am in ultra traing currently, but have not picked a race yet.

I love now that the weather is a little cooler. Running is getting easier.

Always run upset, it clears your mind and I run faster usually
