I Don'T Know, Nothing Is Making Sense

So like if you are feeling alot of things trying to describe some things difficult tends to come out wrong .but if to someone else they say it doesn't make sense and don't under stand so they say it is a lie do you think it's a lie if someone else don't under stand it.
