I Have Multiple Sclerosis

EP started as a site for people with Multiple Sclerosis and went from there.
I was diagnosed after January 1, 2011 at age 31, I went completely blind out of my left eye. It was like a light bulb went out. The burning! The burning! I had Optic Neuritis. I'd never heard of it before, but I'd learn soon of it's link to MS.
I have 2 lesions on my brain. Now I know where the wide array of health problems I'd had since I was 15 came from. Doctors always made me feel crazy. It turns out I wasn't lying after all.

I simply cannot understand why the doctors failed to inform you of your condition. Unless it was your Mother that didn't want you to know the full truth. Now that situations have changed. Where are you now in the stage of this disease?

No hun, they called me a liar about my symptoms. They didn't know.

@Duckgirl Unfortunately, that happens more often than people would think...I read about so many cases where people were taking psychiatric medication for anxiety disorder or depression before they were diagnosed with real issue. 😠
