It's to stop spam accounts on here. Once a conversation has been started there is no delay.

same as other humans have ..... I am just sad at this part ...we cant even send immediate message to friends who are in our circle

how can you type more then one message at a time to send to multiple people at once?

we cannot type multiple message and neither can I but even if one wants to send message to start a conversation he/she has to initiate we just cannot start another one, even after a minute or two .....that is all I am complaining
