My best friend for over 40 years, rings me and said she thinks she has breast cancer, I ask would would you like me to examine you, she replied best offer i had in years

I did tell her to get her arse to the doctors

but I don't know you so isn't that a major factor??

of course u could just be collecting free material to tittilate you

in which case I say you are wrong to ask out this way.

LOTS of people come onto the the SWeeps this way and I can't imagine who would do something like that...ie: talk to a complete stranger about their deepest secrets

and wish you would retract this request. I feel this way about everybody making such requests (ie: "ask me anything" etc)
