@bleached Take it from a retired teacher, that is [i]not[/i] the way to handle this. Try hard to volunteer to go first; ask for this ASAP. You will then be relaxed and unstressed for the rest of your class time. It will give you one less hour of stress and you will suffer less. Then you will not associate your stress with presentations as much...and it will get easier next time you have to do this.
