I Enjoy Being Quiet, Calm

When someone decides to humiliate me or insult me, I usually just keep quiet, walk away and go somewhere to stop myself from retaliating back.. because if I do fight.. I am way worse. (Verbal fight chill) and because of this I am always deemed as being "weak".

I don't know how ya'll do it but the best thing for me to deal with this is just to ignore, just like the internet says to not feed the 'trolls'. Yet dealing with real people are way hard, they will find just about any little reason to piss you off.
