It is the internal fat around organs, such as liver, your kidney, if you have fat around them, that will really suck. As your health will suffer.
Even skinny people can have internal fat, so size is not a true reflection of health.
If you are unhealthy then that indeed sucks.... (not size)

As long as it doesn't happening coz of some medical conditions one can always loose some weight. I dont know why you ladies so worry about weight. It's not an issue unless it is causing health problems.

@SW-User a lot of my weight gain is medical related. I was on a load of meds laden with steroids as a kid for many years, I have hormone issues as well as nodules on my thyroid
