All That Jazz

Rolling into a three day weekend with the Bank Holiday looming I decided there was no real reason for me to leave the house today. In fact, I spent the entire day in my pajamas and robe. It might have appeared that I spent the day sitting in my favourite chair in the living room reading with a lazy cat on my lap but what I actually did was:
Cleaned the kitchen
Cleaned out my food cupboard.
Got on a roll and also cleaned out some lower cupboards that have been an annoying mess for a while.
Did my laundry
Fed the cats
Chatted on Zoom for an hour
Ordered a pizza because I couldn't be bothered to cook after all this
Put away the laundry I had done.
Fell asleep on the sofa.
Tomorrow will be a 'me' day. No family over for dinner to cook for as usual on Bank Holidays so I can potter about to my heart's delight and play some chilled out Jazz. Bliss.
