More like flimsier, for me.

Definitely both..I'm usually upset until I work through it, but then I feel accomplished when the struggle is over.

Both I think. While they are happening I am usually angry and bitter, but once I get through it, I feel like I am a better person.

Struggles? Not bitter
Being betrayed, bitter
