I tend to from time to time. Not exactly as such, but with certain accents (Pencil skirt, victory rolls, off shoulder tops, cateye glasses, cardigans, etc.)

@RedRhapsody I actually dislike the "business casual" I am stuck with now. I would rather just be allowed jeans (I don't interface face to face with clients) or go back to suits all the time.

Ladies here can get away with it, there are ladies in pants and pretty low key, then there are ladies in dresses, stockings, heels, the whole 9 yards. Guys here never dress in suits.
