I Have Lots of Wtf Moments

Like this morning when I was up at 5 am to make it to a spin class that my friend asked me to join. Let me point out that I have never done a spin class. I knew it involved a stationary bike but thats pretty much it. An hour later, Im dripping sweat, my legs feel like jello, my arms are weak, and Im pretty sure “my girl” is broken. WTF is up with that 😳😣

I was informed that it takes a couple of weeks to adjust to riding and “my girl” will be just fine. Im just wondering if they make special padding for those seats just in case.

well, they say after 2 weeks I will be more accustomed to the bike and my seat position will improve but until then, some extra padding is gonna be needed. Was NOT prepared for that
