Why do people have to act like that. I just hate people who abuse their position over other people. They let a little authority go to their heads in such a big ( childish ) way. It's ridiculous isn't it .

It's not necessary at all though. How would your boss like someone to stress him out all the time? Nobody needs stress !! it's not good for the mind or the body !! he's still a jerk !!!! :P
