How the hell do people even make such pretty bullet journal spreads EVERY WEEK?

Don't they have to do anything else ? Don't they have chores they need to tend to? It baffles me.

I've spent a few hours just cutting shapes for a spread lol. It's calming. It reduces my anxiety. But boy is it taking over my schedule!!
