I'm Independent
My father made provisions for my sister and I from when we were small, in his personal income from all the businesses he has, he set aside a trust fund for us both which gives has an independent income, together with a percentage of the company share, so we are independent almost totally and we have no real need to actually work!
My sister is a good photographer and she has used some of her income to set up a studio in Cetinje, where she lives with her husband, who is a businessman like our father, only with an affiliate family now. She is developing her studio through her phitigraphy, and has been piecing together a website through which to get additional work.
I have, after a troubled beginning, now got myself established in Kotor, and I'm looking for something relevant to fill my time. I am working with a church group to aid women caught up in difficult situations of which we have an increasing number. It's very therapeutic helping other women who have experienced similar trauma to me.
So, our independence is helping us both to find a fulfilment for the time being in our lives, and there is the hope that 2020 will be a more peacefully mature year for the developments of our lives in accord with our family tradition. For non Orthodox Christians approaching their Christmas cekebrations, a very merry Christmas!
