@KayraJordyn hi I design the jewellery for the client or the client designs it for us, our business is custom made jewellery, some people follow the fashion of jewellery like clothing. So clients come to us and they have their jewellery melted and re- designed, If the gold is theirs and the stones then they only pay for the labour of making it. but if extra gold or precious stones are added that is charged as well. The customer gets the design, and price of the pieces and then they get the final decision if they want it or not.
@Indulge That is SO cool! Naw, lol, it's just a hobby, I'm really intermediate in my design. I have fun with it, but I'm not ready to even consider fine jewelry by any means. I do love taking a piece of metal and turning it into something nobody else would. Even the mediocre can be unique in this way, as we work to be better than yesterday.
@KayraJordyn It was also a hobby for me at the start I love to doddle and draw and was fascinated with period pieces in Roman era. Its good to have fun with it thats were the best ideas sprout from, nothing comes when its forced... good luck with it.
