I Am Engaged
I have been on Similar Worlds awhile now and haven't written about this yet, so I thought I would share. I am very happily engaged now to a wonderful man. I had taken a bit of a break from SW to concentrate on other things in my life and while I was away I got engaged.
We don't have a date set yet, it has to do with money and my fiancé's job but soon all that will be figured out. So, until then I feel a bit like a little kid on Christmas Eve who can't wait until the morning when you get to see what's under the tree. Right now I am just waiting for Santa to come visit.
Sorry, that was a silly metaphor. I know marriage is more than the wedding and all of that. Still it is exciting and I can't wait and I just wanted to share the news.
