I Am Not Happy With My Weight

I'm 5"5 and a half but 255 pounds.
I've been a bigger girl since I was 120 pounds in 3rd grade. Puberty, depression, 2 bad relationship, a major family death, a child, a minimum wage job, drug and alcohol addiction and CPS case lands me here. My driver licensce expires in 2016 and my goal is to not have to lie about my weight. My last driver's license photo was when I was pregnant and 190 something pounds. I need to loose 120 pounds to be within the recommended guidelines for BMI at my height.

Hey look at it this way I'm younger than you and I'm 5'8 210 you are at a pretty good weight and don't need to lose weight

Hey how us doin this wkend? here's a tip I'll share w you and I know you've heard it..but I was always REAL petite,had to take Weight Gain RX,in fact....the Drs really worried about malnutrition...well after hitting my forties I no longer have to worry about my nourishment my doctor told me to do what I always did when I was young & what Hollywood does if they have to lose for a role......Absolutely NO solid food after 6 o'clock/Latest 6:30 and plenty of water all day !! if you do that you pretty much do not have to worry about any other diet plans Water at night also keeps your whole body refreshed and restored& ready for a new day & keeps you from being Ravenous in the Morning....Before Coffee,Juice,Breakfast or Solids of any kind ,Drink ONE full (@ least 16 0z) of ICE WATER......Then have breakfast. Adding some Lemons ADDS to the fast metabolism low appetite effect. Don't concentrate on trying not to eat or what you eat......
IF you focus on ICE Water and not eating AFTER 6:30....I GUARANTEE you will loose. the truth! (compliments of the greatest genuine caring DR in the world -Dr Anthony Alverez-)
