Yesterday I saw a girl at the mall wearing dark lipstick, almost like a black lipstick. Why people wear dark lipstick.

@SW-User Yeahhhh...I see some people are nice when they have dark lipstick...like Negasonic in Deadpool...I dont know who can wear dark lipstick and who are not suitable...I like Negasonic ...
