I Am Diabetic, Type 2

I already have nerve damage. I get the stabbing pains in my hands, feet and front of my neck. Sometimes when I'm laying down my face / head even feels sore from the pillow case. I have my blood sugar under control now but I had this a while, maybe 10 years without knowing it.
