I Am Diabetic, Type 2

i got diagnosed with gestational diabeties couldnt have come at a worser time as so hot outside an all my friends and family sat around eating ice cream in front of me then genarally look at me an go i would give u some but will send ya sugars threw the roof jeez thanks i will just sit here an melt away lol.

If you can, get a copy of Dr Jason Fung’s book The Obesity Code. It has helped a lot of people with type 2 diabetes reduce or eliminate their symptoms. It’s about what and how you eat. It’s hard at first but you can do it! 😊
