No. I knew a woman teacher who started out sentences with 'however' all the time. Hated it. Have heard people say basically all the time too. Alot of people are torture to be around..

In truth I basically do start some sentences with that word actually.

I do, but a few years into a 5-10, I start using "Unfortunately."
