It is caused due to lack of iodine & thyroid ..
Be careful with docs ..choose the right one because medication is important

They told us that, and never have kids. Stopped going back to Dr after the second one... 🙄 but definitely throid issues nonetheless.

I have hashimoto disease, took a long time and alot of Dr's to get diagnosed, you must have a good one, hope they told you not to eat gluten and what you should be eating, most don't bother with nutrition.
