The constellation Libra contains three stars that are known to have planets around them. Also, it contains one of the oldest stars known, nicknamed the Methuselah star.
But as an amateur astronomer, I find Libra to not be very interesting, visually. It has no major galaxies or nebula.
To me, the best thing about Libra being visible in the night sky is that it is next to the constellation Scorpius, which is quite stunning to behold, with it's beautiful red star Antares.
