I Think Some People Are Just Plain Stupid

Did anyone hear about this yet? This is one reason why I have anxiety now. People just don't know when to stop! Like, I know she is 17 years old or however old she is , but still you can't really be this dumb and then have the nerve to record it?!?!? The friend who was encouraging her to do it, in my opinion should be held accountable as well. .... He definitely should be if he wasn't.
