I Love Dark Chocolate

Much less sugar and you can taste the cocoa .
Some excellent small scale makers in the UK .

There are so many excellent small scale chocolate makers everywhere... and yes, dark chocolate is wonderful, especially after some dark red wine.

@devonman Switzerland is probably the pinnacle, regarding the art of chocolate making. Very very expensive, but worth every penny.

Milk choc so very high in sugar . Plain tastes better too .
