I Have Noisy Neighbors

Why does my neighbour's normal speaking voice sound like she's fighting in high pitch [i]all[/i] the time,
and her fighting voice is like she's making a human sacrifice to satan himself?
Homegirl doesn't even breathe except between [i]paragraphs[/i].🙄
