Running on fumes and liquid antacid.

I'm so tired and exhausted. I haven't slept well in days. If I do sleep I get maybe 3 hours max and am restless. One morning I threw up randomly because I felt so nauseous. This morning I had the runs for no reason and my stomach has been a mess for well over a month off and on. I'm also cold and snuggled up in a blanket currently trying to make myself sleep.
