I Don't Wear Makeup Often

I don't wear makeup very often but recently I've decided to try out some stuff. And since I'm an amateur in the world of makeup, I would like some help. I'm looking for a lipstick that stays on even when you kiss someone or lick your lips. Does that kind of thing exist? And can you can tell what it is so I can buy it?
