I Am Water Fasting

First Day:

I'm trying the 30 days water fasting. It's my first day today and it's really hard. I've been keeping myself busy with my work but during lunch break, it's a hell time.

I've read an article that if it's your first time to do this, you need to consider eating fruits for your first week. They said that it would be better if you try to lessen your eating so that your stomach will adjust from less eating to nothing.

Today, I just ate 3 bananas and a fruit juice. I'm thinking of buying a salad but I have to hold my cravings. I hope I can do this.

If there's anyone here doing this or tried this fasting, please share your experiences and advice.
