I have lost both my dignity and my integrity

I put my entire self in and now nothing I do will be novel. I am used up. It's like walking up to every woman in a bar and using the same line on all of them, cheap. Like how in Gone Girl when she talks about him doing the sugar kiss with other girls. My repertoire is spent. Every secret, every interesting thing, every tandem joy. How can I ever come back
