I Like to Exercise
I'm almost done with my 30 day squat challenge! It was so fun, I'll do another when I am finished. I'm happy because it was hard to motivate myself for the past two days, which rarely happens because exercise is one of the many things I enjoy and I know I'd feel bad for skipping my routine . But I did it, it was a great session, and it kicked my ass! That means I was doing it right xD This month, my goals were to shrink my hips and thighs and now I look like those rappers who like to wear baggy pants to the point of their boxers showing, but it's better than having tight pants because I can't stop eating junk food, right?
When I reach my desired size, I don't think I'll stop exercising. It keeps me active, relieves my anxiety, and improved my vision a bit. Most of all, I'm much stronger and have lots of stamina. Before I started working out, I had none of that. All I ever did was stay home on my laptop after school. Even the easiest gym activities would have me winded, as would climbing up stairs. Now I can do all of that and more without feeling exhausted. I'm feeling very accomplished at the moment.
