I Have Pmdd

I have PMDD. I have had it my teen/adult life however I FINALLY went to the dr to get some medicine. Before that I had tried every natural remedy known to man and while it helped some it just wasn't enough. The medicine I was put on completely changed my life. I just went though my first cycle with the medicine and I didn't lose myself. AT ALL. I was very much myself through the entire thing. I was so skeptical that anything would ever help me but I'm so glad I went. I encourage anyone who suffers from this to talk to your dr and get some help. You DON'T have to suffer!
